Knowledge as a Service

Interesting concept: Knowledge as a Service.  A company called cumulusIQ, bills themselves as On-demand knowledge marketplace. Source for information/knowledge related to IT services (help desk, IT consulting, etc.).  Seems like a model which would play well in the non-profit world.  Making information/best practices available 24/7,  compiling community intelligence and resources, etc.  Just found this service for nonprofits: IdeaEncore Network which seeks to build a marketplace for nonprofit information sharing.  good start.
